→ Constant adaption of programmes and processes during a three year merger between Aarhus School of Business and Aarhus University.
→ Representation abroad at EAIE & NAFSA conferences, partner visits and other events. Event organisation, for example conference receptions at NAFSA 2009, 2010 and 2011; the Aarhus Partner Day, a 1½ day event held in combination with the EAIE conference 2011; various other events.
→ Marketing & Recruitment activities in China, Eastern Europe and Germany. Analysis and cooperation with the M&R team in key markets. Setting up of the alumni chapter Hong Kong in cooperation with M&R and Alumni Relations.
→ Country coordinator for Denmark in the Norek Network. Development and maintanance of the NOREK website. Organisation of the NOREK conference in Denmark 2009.
→ Appointment process and job interviews of new colleagues and assistants.
